I admit I haven't read any of Sarah Vowell's books. All the things I've said I have read have actually been in streaming This American Life audio files while I absentmindedly dry the dishes. And I've listened to Assassination Vacation too. But here is an mp3 of something of hers that I have been waiting for a year and some months for. Of course, this is only a brief glimpse of The Partly Cloudy Patriot, a really amazing book (that I someday will eventually get around to reading.)
